We offer estimates for our services, but please be aware that final pricing may vary based on the extent of damage, additional necessary repairs, and any unforeseen issues discovered during the repair process. We will provide you with an accurate estimate before commencing any work.

3. Payment and Fees:

Payment for services rendered by Apex Auto Collision is due upon completion. Additionally, if your vehicle was towed to our facility, you will be responsible for the tow bill associated with the service. Furthermore, if your vehicle remains at our facility for an extended period, there may be a fee for vehicle storage. All fees and charges will be explained in detail, and invoices will include a breakdown of all costs.

 

4. Insurance Claims:

If you plan to file an insurance claim, you are responsible for providing us with the necessary information and documentation required to process the claim. We work with most major insurance providers to facilitate the claims process.

 

5. Scheduling and Appointments:

To ensure the best service experience, we recommend scheduling appointments for our services. Walk-ins are welcome but will be accommodated based on availability. Appointments will be given priority.
